On DPPt, go to the pal park (Route 221) and talk to the man. Have your GBA Pokemon game in the GBA slot of your Nintendo DS [Lite]. Choose from the Pokemon that you have on your GBA game. CHOOSE WISELY, you won't be able to do this again for 24 hours. When you enter the pal park, make sure you have a Pokemon that knows surf so that you can catch any water-types that you are migrating. The Pokemon that you chose on the GBA game will then be removed from the game, and transferred over to your DPPt game. Every Pokemon you see is a guaranteed catch when you throw a park ball, so as soon as you see one of the Pokemon you transferred over, throw a park ball at it. When you catch all six, they will be put in your PC and will be on your DPPt Game.
On HG/SS, do the same thing, except in the pal park in fuchsia city.
