I believe Narcisssa’s patronus is a peacock because they symbolize attraction, refinement, royalty, and integrity. Cissy was known as the most attractive Black sister. She was also extremely refined in taste and life style and lived close to royalty with her status as part of the scarce 28 and with her and Lucius’ family wealth. Also her ability to find a way to get to her son on the spot shows integrity. They can also show devotion and Cissy was extremely devoted to her family. Also the Malfoy’s had white peacocks kept in there garden so it would make sense for Cissy to develop a affinity for them.

The book never explicitly mentions Narcissa conjuring a Patronus charm [she is not a Death Eater, therefore the prior answer does not apply].

However, if you can imagine something that brings Narcissa joy, that might be a good Patronus candidate. [The Patronus tends to reflect one's deepest love/happiness, hence how it works using happy thoughts]

Nymphadora Tonk's patronus was a werewolf. This was because she had fallen in love with Remus Lupin. It is not known what her patronus was before.
