"Saint Seiya" is the original anime and manga series created by Masami Kurumada, focusing on a group of warriors called the Saints who protect the goddess Athena. "Saint Seiya Omega," on the other hand, is a sequel series that debuted in 2012, featuring a new generation of Saints and set in a different timeline, with a focus on new characters and story arcs. While both series share the same universe and themes of friendship, courage, and mythology, "Omega" introduces modern animation styles and gameplay elements, making it distinct from the classic series.

The Movie "Saint Seiya: Tenkai Hen Overture" or " Heaven Chapter" was released in 2004 in Japan was the last thing seen of the original Saint Seiya saga. With the passing of Shingo Araki Dec 1/2011 is uncertain that the last saga is in production which most likely already is but I could be wrong, although a movie in CG by Toemi & Kuramada Masami Project for the 25th anniversary was announced last year. So all of us Saint Seiya Fans will have to wait for Toemi and Kuramada Masami to shed some light on the subject.
