What is Supermans weapons?

Normally he does not employ weapons but uses his super-powers, some of which such as Heat Vision ( can detonate at a safe distance guided missiles) can be used for destructive purposes. Why he never turned his heat vision on Brainiac and fried him and his electronic circuits I never could figure out. Brainiac was a robot or android and not a living man- therefore Superman could kill him without violating his code against homicide.

Superman has piles and piles of superpowers. He can shoot heat beams out of his eyes, he has super-breath (can knock down a brick wall with it), his breath can also be super-cold, of course he has super-strength. While you may not consider these weapons, they certainly help him in a fight: he has super-speed, he can fly, he's super-intelligent, supposedly he knows every earth language, past and present, he has super-hearing, and he has super-ventriloquism (can throw his voice). I'm probably leaving SOMETHING out.
