An egg. Togepi is the first evolution then you make it happy and you get Togetic. Finally you evolve Togetic with a Dawn Stone into Togekiss. If you want Togekiss to learn cool moves, get a few heartscales and go to the move tutor in Blackthorn city. Some moves are Extremespeed, Aura Sphere, Air Slash and I can't remember anymore. But stick with togepi because Togekiss is one of my strongest Pokemon
