∙ 11y agoJabber Jays were a creation made by the Capital in the early days before The Hunger Games existed that could imitate voices and specialized in torturing people by sounding like a person whom that other person cares about and they can make the voice sound like it's screaming or being tortured. They were supposed to be a temporary thing, but they bred with mockingbirds and therefore created Mockingjays
