They are the dark evolution of eevee. They have phonomenal defenses and good HP, but attacks are pretty low. Eevee evolves into umbreon at night if you max out it's love for you. It learns Helping hand, tackle, and tail whip at level 1, sand attack at level 8, pursuit at level 15, quick attack at level 22, confuse ray at 29, faint attck at 36, assurance at 43, last resort at level 50, mean look at level 57, mean look at level 64, and moonlight at level 71.
