Don't cheat. Instead, try EV training in HP, lazybones. Good targets for training HP are these families: Slakoth, Wailmer, and Whismur. It's not infinite, but you can improve HP by an impressive 63 points. This is a good idea only with dedicated walls like Cradily, Dusclops, Skarmory, Tentacruel and friends, whose goals are to withstand enemy attacks, not to directly attack. Toxic and Rest/Recover are great assets for defensive Pokemon. Cheating takes the fun out of it, so keep in mind: do you really want a 999 HP Blaziken? How many times must you Ember/Double Kick your way through E4 before it's no longer fun?
