welll this is what i do to get to level 100 really easy. you put a Pokemon in the day care. and then go to some place where there are moving panels such as the rockets base. then you get somethin to hold down on the d-pad. then when your sleeping when you wake up. boom level 100 Pokemon. but this also costs alot of money so only use when ready.
the reason you hold down the d-pad is because every step is 1xp for the Pokemon in the daycare

∙ 12y agoYou have too have a Pokemon level 100 and any level under 50 and go to mt. silver on heartgold and soulsilver then have the weakest Pokemon first for party and head in battle and switch Pokemon to level 100 and use a attack then your weakest Pokemon should have gotten a lot of EX points then if its level 1 he should head up to like level 14 Good Luck!

∙ 12y agoThere isn't a cheat for it(as far as I know)but if you have strong Pokemon give the one you want to train an exp.share and defeat the elite-four.Hope I helped!Now if trying to train one that's over level 40 go to mount silver and walk around in the grass outside.
