If you mean a counter to a fairy deck is DNA surgery. It changes the type of all monsters on the field. Say the type is what your deck main monsters are. some counter fairies are Harvest angel of wisdom and Voltanis the adjucator.

Some good fairy cards herald of perfection is awesome, imo. Maybe ancnt fairy dragon cuz ders 3 field spells and 2 tuners wit valhalla and celestial transformation for easy special summon for material. Also in the next wave of tins 1 of the promos is neo parshath the cover card of the last fairy deck (only in japan) hope this helps, theres probably loads more additions that i just cant think of, avenging night parshath?
a macro deck would work quite well. another shooting star deck would also be good. and so does a neos deck, if played right (most people don't so they just ditch it)
A good and cheap Yu-Gi-Oh deck that you can make for under 70 bucks is the Samurai deck.
The Extra Deck is just the new name for the Fusion Deck. It contains all your Fusion and Synchro Monsters. A Side Deck is a group of 15 cards you can swap out in a Match Duel (a best two-out-of-three duel). How it works is after the first duel (or after the second duel if the score is tied), you can swap one or more cards out of your regular deck for the same number of cards from your Side Deck. This helps by adding cards on the spot to counter your opponent's deck.
A deck centered on Spell Counters can be defeated by using a "Skill Drain" deck since "Skill Drain" would get rid of and prevent any monsters from holding Spell Counters. A Counter Fairy deck is another alternative since it utilizes Counter-Trap cards (such as "Magic Jammer", "Dark Bribe", etc.) with Fairy-Type monsters that have effect in conjunction with Counter-Traps. You can use your cards to negate Spells and thus prevent Spell Counter from being added to monsters. A negation deck is another good deck. In a deck that centers on negating your opponent's Spells and Traps (and sometimes Monsters, too), "Horus LV8", "Spell Canceler", and/ or "Imperial Order" can negate Spells and stop the main method of adding Spell Counters to monsters.
Darklord Zeratos 3 for about 145$ and vahallas hall of the fallens. and airknight parshath and sanc. thats about it as for heart of the deck unless youre running counters then.. meltiel, solemns and other counter traps
The best deck would be a counter deck. There are some card stores that specialize in counter decks. A counter deck is a deck made up of cards that can never be beaten. It costs about $50, but if you have it there is no doubt that kids will come to YOU for advice.
