There is Entei where you go to MT. Battle for the first time and go all the way to ten and Face off with Dakim and capture Entei with at least a Great Ball but HP must be in red but if he faints countinue to use call on your Pokemon until you have no more left and go back to Mt. Battle and just walk back up to him without facing all 9 thugs.

Ho-Oh is the hardest. All you have to do is Defeat Mt. Battle all 100 trainers. Then Capture all Shadow Pokemons and purify them and then a message will come up that you will have him but keep a Pokemon slot open so you cann capture him.

Raikou can be found as a Shadow Pokemon of Cipher Admin Ean in the Shadow Pokemon Lab.

Suicune can be found as a Shadow Pokemon of Cipher Admin Venus in The Under.

Tyranitar is the strongest Shadow Pokemon in the game. You only have one attempt at this, so use the Master Ball. The leader of Cipher has it. Also, if missed your chance to get the Shadow Pokemon Tyrannitar and MetaGross, go back to where the Cipher President and his minions are located. You have a chance to fight them all over, and retrieve some of the Shadow Pokemon you did not catch. Metagross and Tyrannitar are some of the most difficult Shadow Pokemon to get.

The Legendary Pokémon that you can find and capture in Pokémon Colosseum are the three Legendary Beasts of Johto; Suicune, Raikou and Entei. Cipher Admin Dakim will have Entei as Shadow Entei once you do battle with the Admin at Mt. Battle, Cipher Admin Venus will have Suicune as Shadow Suicune at her disposal once you battle her in the Under City and Cipher Admin Ein will have Raikou (as Shadow Raikou) once you battle him in the Shadow Research Institute.
