And I leveled them all up without cheating, so it's very possible.

∙ 14y agoThe best starter is charmander is that was what you were asking.....
I think hes asking for a team more than the starting pokemon. For your starter choose Charmander. Squirtle will use up a lot of HMs and Bulbasaur has the lowest stats out of the three. Catch a Pidgey early on because a flying type is key during the game. When you get to Viridian City you can get a Mankey if you want. Fighting types arent really key in the game but its an option (I dont generally use them). In the forest you MUST catch a pikachu. You will need an electric type for the second gym and Pikachu is a great example of an electric type. Just wander around Viridian Forest until you catch one. Be careful not to knock it out or run out of pokeballs because they are RARE. After those three you will need a grass, water, and then one of your choice really, but those are 3 good starters for your team.

Yes, they are good Pokemon but be careful of Fire-types. Shidinja is a little hard to hit but a handful of element attacks wiil hit it, so becareful.

If you make a Magmar hold a Magmarizer and trade it, it will evolve into a Magmortar. Magmortar is a very good fire Pokemon and I do recommend one as a fire type for your team. Hope this helped!
