Ichigo's bankai is called Tensa Zangetsu, meaning Heaven Chain Cutting Moon. It is an all black zanpakutpou, with a black chain on the end. He eventually realizes his bankai won't work against the espada, so he gains the power of a hollow by hollowfying.

Its highly unlikely, he doesn't know the name of his zampacto, its stated that it probably already in it shikia form, like ichigo's is, all the time although it might be plausible through rigorous training
