What is inside the lost cave in Pokemon FireRed?

Although it seems completely empty, the Lost Cave in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen contains a few good items and a few trainers. However, you must navigate the cave and move in a particular way to locate and retreive the items.

There are no random movements in the Lost Cave, when you take a door to the next room, you are or are not filling in a requirement to proced further in the cave.

For example, if you wish to obtain the hidden Sea Incense, take the following doors: Right, Down, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left, Down, Right, Up, Down, Up from the entrance room of the cave. You will find that some rooms repeat, but as you progress, they change, and suddenly you end up in a completely different room. If you do not move in sequence, however, you must start over.

There are a number of things in the Lost Cave. In order to find them, follow these steps from the entrance room. To start over, return to the entrance room.

Lax Incense:

Right, Down.

Max Revive:

Down, Right, Up, Down, Down, Right, Right.

Lady Selphy and (later) Silk Scarf:

Down, Right, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left, Down, Right, Up.

There is many items you can obtain in lost cave you can also battle 3 trainers inside the cave here is the secret to getting to the "end" of the cave: You must enter a certain part of the cave in order to get to the next part of the cave you must enter the parts in this order Right, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left, Down, Right, Up. After doing all that you will reach a room with a lady trainer named Selphy she will battle you she has two Persians both being high leveled 40's. Defeat her Pokemon then she will send you to her house if you talk to her she asks to see a certain Pokemon this is a mini quest that will constantly appear if you complete it each time you get items if you think about it in a way you can receive infinite items from her however not some you would want but still infinite. Also in lost cave if you go in the caves the way I'm about to mention you will find items oh and one more thing before i get to that make sure you go back to where you found Selphy to get a silk scarf item. Go right then down to find a lax incense item, Go right, up then left or it's right to find another item, Go right then up then down then left or it's right to get another item, Go right up down down right left left to find the last item.
