∙ 8y agoIris-messaging is basically how gods/demi-gods can communicate with other people via rainbow. In the book, Percy uses a hose from a car wash to make a rainbow. Then he throws a golden drachma into the water and states who he wants to talk to and where to find them. If the rainbow goddess Iris isn't too busy, she'll connects you to the person you want to see.
