Mary Kate is a name. Names of people and places (or in other words, proper nouns) do not change when speaking in different languages. Names do often take on different versions in other countries. For example, the Spanish equivalent of John is Juan of Alexander is Alejandro. This doesn't mean that you would "translate" the names though. Your name remains the same no matter what country you're in or what language they speak.
