Ron Weasley does not have a specific type of food he enjoys that J.K Rowling pointed out specially. However, it does show that he has, like most teenagers, a sweet tooth and loves to eat chocolate and all other wizard sweets. Naturally Ron Weasley enjoys most types of food but mainly "anything off the trolley".

It's never mentioned and it's hard to tell, as he's constantly eating different foods. Harry's favorite is anything to do with treacle, however.
