Pokémon Bank is a Nintendo 3DS application and service for Pokémon X and Y that let you store, deposit and manage your Pokémon in private boxes on an online server.
One hundred boxes will be available and each one can contain 30 Pokémon, making it a total of 3,000 Pokémon to be stored. Pokémon from different game copies can also be stored in the same server, so it's a safe way to protect your data, even if you start the game over or if you lose it. It is also easier to move a great amount of Pokémon from game to game since it can be done with a single console and you can filter the results.
It will be available on December 27th and it is a paid service with a $4,99 annual usage fee. You'll have a free 30-day trial period to use this app and the Poké Transporter.

Since Pokemon must be transferred from the Poke Transporter to the Pokemon Bank before those from the bank can be brought into Pokemon X or Pokemon Y, as much as 3,000 Pokemon can be transferred through the transporter into the bank. Though the player can't transfer that many Pokemon at once.
As far as I know, you'll still have the Pokemon, since it is a bank, but you'll start a new game if you want to retrieve them back. However, Bank has not come out yet, and this is just speculation.
You can only get Espeon by evolving Eevee with maxed Friendship/Happiness during the Day, trading for it, or using the Pokemon Transfer to the Pokemon Bank.
No, you will need to trade for them or transfer them via Pokemon Bank to get them in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
At the time of writing, there is no current way to trade or battle with previous generations in Pokemon X or Y. However, in December, Nintendo will be releasing a paid service called Pokemon Bank which will act as Pokemon X and Y's way of trading from previous generations (although this is only limited to Black, White, Black 2 and White 2). It does not appear that there will be any services that will allow you to battle with previous versions, however.

You can transfer Pokemon from the Pokemon Bank as soon as you create a save file for Pokemon Bank to recognize it in Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire. It might be recommended to wait till you arrive at the first Pokemon Center and open up your PC to check the boxes.
Pokemon Indigo is not an actual Pokemon game, and as such, there is no map that has a usable mart on it. Instead, the Pokemart is in the same section as the Pokemon Center, Bank, etc.
