Arceus has a B.S.T. (base stat total) of 720, the highest of all Pokémon. The next highest is 680, possible for only Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. Arceus can learn any move except Sketch. Favorite starters:

  can use Hydro Cannon, Ice Beam, Skull Bash; high ATK and DEF
