Well, since there is never a best, all of them. I mean, Reshiram and Zekrom are great, but Samurott, Surperior, and Emboar need some attention too. I think Zorua and Zoroak are pretty good, but those you need to have gotten the GameStop events. I'd say, overall, a pretty great team would be... Samurott, Reshiram, Stoutland, Unfezant, Zebstrika, and Krookodile. Samurott could kill off any Rock, Fire, and Ground type pokemon, so I'll cross those off our list. Then, Reshiram could kill off any Dragon, Ice, Bug, and Grass pokemon. Cross em' off! Next, Stoutland only has like, 1 weakness, and is unaffected by ghost type moves. It learns Crunch, so that gets rid of Ghost and Psychic. Ok, next is Unfezant. Unfezant can take out Fighting, so get rid of that! Next is Zebstrika, who will get rid of Water and Flying faster than you can blink. Cross them off. Then, Krookodile comes in and gets rid of any Poison, Electric, and Steel pokemon. All you have to deal with now, is Normal and Dark. Stoutland learns Reversal, so that kills both of them off. Perfect team!
