Shadow Force probably. It has 120 atk. and 100 acc. You disapear the fist turn and attack the 2nd. In the first turn you cant get attacked and it hits in the second even if the foe uses protect. But it doesn't hit other dissapearing eg. bounce, dig, dive, fly...
The only bad things is it can't hit normal Pokemon and only giratina can use it.
