icebeam is super effective
You can use the team boost in TPPC for like instead of 2 points your earning if you beat another team, it'll be 300!As always,PokemonAnswers101
You go into "Team Rewards" then you just look for the thing you want (=
Palkia holds the Lustrous orb, use the move 'Theif' in battle, or catch Palkia and retreive it.
you can use a gameshark code . it enables to learn a Pokemon a move also dragonbreath is a TM try to find it in emerald/firered. or get a rayquaza that has outrage that is better.
Rayquaza can not be found in the wild in White Version. You will need to use the Poké Transfer system (found on Route 15) and transfer a Rayquaza to White from one of your Generation IV games.
It is best to get rayquaza. Use mean look on latias and latios, it'll stop them fleaing.
Rayquaza and deoxys are the best ... or at least for me....
Weaken it to red HP, paralyze it or make it sleep, if you caught rayquaza before use a repeat ball.

A Masterball dont use it on kyogre so use it on rayquaza
Yes. Raquaza can learn TM02 Dragon Claw. Since this move is not in its learnset, you must use the TM02.
Teach a Pokemon fly then go to Raquaza then use the move fly on him. Also have a friend bow to recruit him.

Latios, since rayquaza does not run away.
You get RAYQUAZA at the top of SKY PILLAR after seeing GROUDON, KYORGE and RAYQUAZA in SOOTOPILIS CITY. RAYQUAZA is LV.70 so be prepared! RAYQUAZA knows these techniques: EXTREMESPEED REST FLY DRAGON CLAW. The ratio of it being shiny is 25%. The only difference between SHINY & NON-SHINY is that the SHINY one is BLACK, not the regular GREEN. The best ball to use on RAYQUAZA is either an ULTRA-BALL (Or if you are lazy and not bothered a MASTER-BALL!)
you have to migrate it, use the action replay, or use the game shark. Hope this helps!! Please vote if this answer helped. I tried to answer it the best i could.
