Its gotta be the scrap iron scarecrow. When your opponant attacks, flip it up and negate the attack. Instead of discarding it, you flip it back face down on your field. The card itself does not specify how many times you can use during your opponant's battle phase, but tournament rules and the rules of the show say that you can only use it to negate one attack per battle phase.
^The important thing to note is that Scrap-Iron Scarecrow SETS itself after resolving. You cannot activate a Trap Card on the turn it was Set, which is why you can only activate it once per turn. That's why there is no need for it to specify.also waboku the monsters you control take no damage
