What is the best way to get a team of Pokemon to level 100 with maxed out stats?

The Easiest way: Get action replay. Put the x999 Rare candies code on. You can find it on most Action replay code websites (Supercheats.com). Put it on and start the game. Press L+R and you should have x999 Rare Candies in the first slot of the Medicine pocket. Use it on any Pokemon. Press L+R for x999 all over. This takes about 1-25 minutes (depends on what level the Pokemon is at. Lv 95+ takes a minute, lv 80+ takes about 3, lv 60+ 5-10, lv 40+ 10-15, lv 20+ 15-17, lv 10+ 16-18, lv 1+ 20-25). I have raised 66 Pokemon to lv 100 this way. But be aware: Pokemon do not get good EV's while using rare candies. So when they're at lv 100, use vitamins on them to get good EV's (Protein=Attack, Iron=Defense, Calcium=Sp. Attk, Zinc=Sp. Defense, Carbos=Speed). You can buy them for a lot of Pokedollars at the store in Veilstone, but you can get them for 1 BP at the Prize corner in the Fight Area. BONUS: If you want Pokemon with good moves (exp. happiny learns roar of time, honchkrow learns judgment), get the all Pokemon learn any TM or HM, All TM's and HM's, and the Move Modifier. Put all of them on. When you start the game, press L+R and you should have 467 Heart Scales in the first slot in the items pocket. Now, press L+SELECT. Go to your Tm's pocket. Instead of TM 17 Protect, you should see Shadow Force! You can teach it to ANY Pokemon. There is a LONG, LONG list on Supercheats.com of the moves you can get, but I'll tell you the good ones: 7= Spacial Rend, 8= Roar of time, 18= Judgement, 4= Magma storm, ect. A team lv 100, maxed out stats and good moves is the best team!

P.S. I taught my Cresselia Softboiled and Manaphy Volt Tackle which is something like 125 heart scales and that's a good move also so ya :)
