give it exp share and start it at the front of your party when you face enemy, when you change to a Pokemon that can win the fight it will get 3/4 exp insted of usual half for exp share

∙ 12y agowell if it's lvl 15 i recommend give it exp share and fight the elite four and Gary while keeping in party and not putting it first it will say dratini grew to lvl 16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30 and envolve then dragonair grew 2 lvl 31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53,54,55 and envolve to dragonite and lvl 56 and so on keep doing this until you think dragonite is prepared for the Pokemon league and champion lvl 7o somthing should be fine

I not sure were to get one but the easiest way to get xp is to do the Pokemon league over again.

∙ 12y agoFirst go to battle then battle any member (computer controlled). Type in training and a team of 6 lv 100 hoppips will come up. Don't worry as the only move they have is splash. You can use this for any Pokemon you want to level up quickly.

Something that might catch your attention is that it know Dragon Rage, which takes down 40 HP no matter what. It costs 2,100 coins in the game corner. Or you could go to the Dragon Den which yields Pokemon at around levels 15-20, but I do not know how to catch a Dratini there. Improved by Un1ted4rmy: The best (and easiest) way to get a decent Dratini is by using the good rod (which you get in Kanto) and fish in the Dragon Den. If you have the good rod, then you automatically get a lvl 40 Dratini. Once you level it up once, you will get Dragonair. Then, at level 55, it will evolve to Dragonite. Hope this helps.
