give it exp share and start it at the front of your party when you face enemy, when you change to a Pokemon that can win the fight it will get 3/4 exp insted of usual half for exp share

well if it's lvl 15 i recommend give it exp share and fight the elite four and Gary while keeping in party and not putting it first it will say dratini grew to lvl 16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30 and envolve then dragonair grew 2 lvl 31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53,54,55 and envolve to dragonite and lvl 56 and so on keep doing this until you think dragonite is prepared for the Pokemon league and champion lvl 7o somthing should be fine

The best way to train him is to give him the exp share until he can hold his own i a battle.

I not sure were to get one but the easiest way to get xp is to do the Pokemon league over again.

First go to battle then battle any member (computer controlled). Type in training and a team of 6 lv 100 hoppips will come up. Don't worry as the only move they have is splash. You can use this for any Pokemon you want to level up quickly.

The best and easiest way to lvl your Pokemon is to challenge any and all npc in-game, or, you can save up 48 Battle Frontier points and get 1 Rare Candy. Have fun!
