luke dies a hero. he killls himself. percy makes THE decision which was to decide the fate of Olympus. his decision was to give the cursed blade (annabeth's knife) to luke so that he can kill himself. only he knows his weak spot (he took a dip in the river styx and is invulnerable). so luke kills himself. the god's win the battle against Typhon, with the help of posiedon. ethan nakamura in the end dies helping Percy. he also makes a last wish that minor gods and godesses should have a throne in olympus and a cabin in camp halfbloods.
the god's offer to grant percy a wish. they say that they are willing to make percy a god. but percy refuses. instead he asks that the god's should claim their demigos kids by the age of 13. also he asks the god's to have a throne for minor gods and godesses and a cabin in camp halfblood (accoording to nakamura's wish). annabeth is made the official architect of olympus to rebuild olympus in her own style since it was destroyed during battle.
