In the original poem the Walrus and the Carpenter trick and eat a lot of hapless oysters.

In Disney's 1951 animation the Walrus eats ALL of them while the Carpenter isn't looking.

However, while his actions are morally questionable, there is no suggestion that the Walrus has actually committed a crime.
