Was the devil ever a human being?

No, its impossible. The devil is a being, a spirit. He can not have a son, unlike God, who sent the Holy Spirit & allowed Virgin Mary to conceive Baby Jesus. The devil is unable to do so, because he is incompetent to the power of God.

When Satan was cast out of heaven he never received a mortal body, and is still in spirit form. As only those who have bodies can reproduce, the only sons which Satan has are those mortals who follow his ways and all those who were cast out with him, all of these he lays claim as being his sons and daughters.

The devil is a fallen angel. Angels have cavorted with women and produced offspring according to The Bible. That was why God destroyed the earth with water the first time. Satan likes to mimic God and the anti-christ certainly is an attempt by Satan to have a man of power and persuasion like God had in Jesus. Whether he actually preformed or will perform the act to achieve this goal would be unknown.

Genesis 4:1-2 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. 2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground

This leads to the fact that "Adam knew Eve and bared Cain". Yet this is after she had the Original Sin with the Devil in the Garden of Eden which afterwords she was ashamed and clothed herself for the first time as she was aware of what she had done.

When Eve says "I have Gotten a man from the Lord". This was not Adam and the questions is, was he perfect like the Devil if he was from the Lord?

What does the Devil look like: "You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, carnelian, topaz, and jasper, chrysolite, beryl, and onyx, sapphire, carbuncle, and emerald; and wrought in gold were your settings and your engravings. On the day that you were created they were prepared. With an anointed guardian cherub I placed you; you were on the holy mountain of God; in the midst of the stones of fire you walked. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you. In the abundance of your trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned; so I cast you as a profane thing from the mountain of God, and the guardian cherub drove you out from the midst of the stones of fire. Your heart was proud because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground" (Ezekiel 28:13-17 RSV)"

Cain was the Son of the Devil, not just the murderer of Abel his half brother.
