First, train your Pokemon, I trained Mewtwo, Typhlosion or Ho-oh, Kyogre, Absol, Ludicolo, and Metagross. It is impossible to win the first time you try, so keep trying until you fully understand your opponents' tactics. These tactics are simple, the first two make use of the weather, the first uses hail and blizzard, and the second uses sandstorms. The third, the magician's apperentice, has incredibly slow Pokemon, but her Slowbro uses trick room in the first turn and so the situation is reversed. Mysterial has incredibly fast Pokemon, and strong as well, however, their Sp. Defense is their weakness, Absol's Sucker Punch would be useful especially against Lugia and Mewtwo, and Metagross's Explosion works against Manaphy, Palkia, and Latios, but don't forget to teak most of your Pokemon protect, so that they wouldn't be affected. But you will also need luck.
