Pokemons cant evolve on their own in pokemon rumble blast, you can however exchange pokemons so you can get their evolution, you need to go to the place where you can exchange pokemons and there you need to exchange 7 pokemons of the same species for the first evolution of that pokemon or 49 of the same species to get the final evolution. for example: i exchange 7 piplups i get prinplup or i exchange 49 piplups or prinplups i get empoleon.

well to get your pokemons freindship level up you have to train it or get a exp share and then your friendship level will go up !! The fastest possible way is to do this: Use protein, iron, carbos, hp up, zinc, calcium and have it hold soothe bell in battle level it up and if the Pokemon evolves by friendship it will evolve.
