What is the fastest way to train your Pokemon on Pokemon XD?

It really depends on how far you are into the game, but the general answer is walking through grass, Surfing/fishing, and going through caves and forests to battle wild Pokemon and raise your Pokemon's level. Battling other trainers is also very effective because defeating their Pokemon usually gets your Pokemon more experience points than wild Pokemon.

If you already have a really high level Pokemon with a few good moves, you can make your lower level Pokemon hold exp. share, which will give it half of a battle's experience points. That means that you can go and battle the Elite Four twenty times in a row with your really powerful Pokemon and your lower level Pokemon will gain levels really quickly. You can also use rare candy, but they're hard to find unless you're playing Red/Blue and can do the infinite item glitch.

on platinum i think its the cafe where u can fight the gymleaders or the elite four after national dex(means that they got better Pokemon)

on gba games its harder becuz you cant power up the e4 or rebattle gymleaders,

so youst the leeague

item that may help is the lucky egg, its a 5% chance that a chansey is wearing it,

i recommend a banette (survival zone or gba game pal park) with the move thief,

the banette must have Frisk(look at opponent Pokemon)

Hi, I'm Aqua153 and I got a nice hot training tip for you: hatch a Pokemon of your choice from an egg and make it hold and exp share and use your stronger Pokemon to battle at the Pokemon league and don't give up on training it 'till it's level 70 and do not use rare candies, just level it up normally at the Pokemon league from level 1 to 70 and make sure you notice the stat increase and all the better moves you get and this is my strategy for training Pokemon so use it well! and also make sure your Pokemon learns not only one type of move but four maybe and so you'll have enough type coverage to handle even the most vicious of Pokemon! and if you cheat then you screw it all up since if you use a gain exp quick cheat then you won't get the required EVs you need and other people who use my method of training will knock you into infinity (no offense) if you use a gain exp quick cheat so now have fun training Pokemon!

I think the best way to train a Pokemon in Pokemon soul silver version is to fight gym leaders and the Elite four because they give lots of experience points, and here is an advice after you bump into Bill go to his house in Goldenrod city and he will give you an Eevee, and go to Mt.Mortar, and go in the depth of it and talk to the fighting dogo Leader, battle and win against him and he will give you a Tyrouge.

im guessing,since the first leaders' Pokemon are on lv.12 and 14,im guessing,just battle a lot and earn EXP.i think you level up reall good there,unlike any of the other Pokemon games,where it takes you almost an hour just to get a level 23 up to a level 26.anyway,again,im thinking you can level up really good on Pokemon black and white. another really fast way is to find audino because that gives loads of exp points.

to find it go to just about any area where there is grass make sure that the Pokemon in the grass are about the same if not higher than your own.

then on your bike kepp riding up and down next to the grass until a patch of grass shakes, then use a repel because you don't want to be attacked by a Pokemon while your walking to the patch of grass when you get there probably an audino would be there so kill it and you get tons of exp points. also if the Pokemon whos battling audino holds a lucky egg this will double your exp points.

i got about 2368 exp points in one battle with audino

Walk in the grasslands using repels until you see grass shaking step on it, you will encounter audino, its the exp bomb u earn lots of exp,and give Pokemon u want ti train the lucky egg
