The final battle in leafgreen/firered is against Gary, after you beat the elite four. his Pokemon depend on what you chose to start, he alwys has pidgeot alakazam and rhydon. if you chose squirtle he also has gyrados arcanine and venusaur. if you chose charmander he has arcanine exeggutor and blastoise. if you chose venusaur he has exeggutor gyrados and charizard. hope this helped.
