What is the greatest Pokemon of all-time?

Horn drill, Gullotine, Fissure, and Sheer cold. They all are one hit KO moves. Ironicly a lot of basic and not greatly known Pokemon that can learn these moves. (example: Ryhorn, Gligar, Hippoptas, and Dewgong.)

I believe that Hyper Beam and Giga Impact are the two best move though they are normal type moves..

There's also Spatial Rift, Explosion, Roar Of Time and Giratina's special attack....Shadow Force.
