Yes. Storyboard artist Adam Muto confirmed September 2012 that Marceline and Ice will meet in the episode titled, "I Remember You", the second-to-last episode to the season finale of "The Lich", in which the Lich returns with a new plot even more evil than his first.
It is unknown, however, to which the extent Marceline and Ice King's interaction will be. Although it is hinted that due to their great age, they may have possibly met in the past, being the theme of the episode.
