What is the main problem in titans curse?

The main problem in the titans curse is the same as every book, Percy and the rest of camp half blood are trying to stop Saturn-Kronos from rising out of the depths of Tartarus. but there are a few semi problems in it like :

1. Luke's army of monsters and half bloods is growing stronger.
2. Atlas is working with Luke and has kidnapped Annabeth.
3. Percy discovers that Nico di Angelo and his sister Bianca are the children of Pluto-Hades.
4. Every half blood that joins Luke adds another piece of Saturn-Kronos to rise from Tartarus inside the golden sarcophagus.

What problem? If you mean the rescue mission than it is solved by Percy and Friends (excluding Annabeth) fight Atlas, Luke, and...well not really Percy because he is busy holding up the Sky while Artemis traps Atlas under the Sky.

Artemis was saved by the time the council of the gods came to order.... and with Artemis being there the gods wouldn't go into war with themselves because she was the only one that could keep order
