The wand was buried with Dumbledore until it was stolen from his grave by Voldemort. At the same time, Harry stole Draco's wand from his hand and (unknowingly) became the master.
Since Harry broke the Elder Wand at the end of the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, then no one can own it after him.
For the book: Harry means to die undefeated (many years later), so there won't be next master.

Voldemort killed Snape and believed himself to be the new Elder wand master. When it came down to the final duel in the Great Hall, Voldemort used the Elder wand that Harry was now master of. Voldemort cast an Avada Kedavra curse at Harry. Harry cast an Expelliarmus spell.
