It is Duel Monsters episode 24, the line comes from the original not the dubbed version. Kaiba stands on the battlements of Pegasus' castle and threatens to step back off it if he loses. He may survive the fall, but he's basically telling Yugi that declaring the final attack will be the same thing as slitting his throat with the card.
