∙ 10y agoSeverus Snape had it, he then gave it to Harrry who promised it to Griphook for help breaking into Gringotts. Griphook was supposed to wait until the Horcrux had been destroyed but he double crossed them and made off with the sword which later appeared to Neville Longbottom in The Sorting Hat.
