It looks like an old form of the word "wander", which means to walk off aimlessly. In poetry, sometimes poets drop out a syllable from a word to make the rhythm more regular. It looks like that's been done with the e between d and r here.

Up until the seventeenth century or so, -est was a suffix for the second person singular form of words. They might say something like "I have seen it; thou wanderest in thy garden every night.", where we would say "you wander in your garden every night." After this usage passed out of ordinary use, some poets thought it would sound more poetic to use this ending so they did, but often go it wrong, and so would say things like, "He wand'rest in the garden every night."

It is older or possibly Shakespeare's own English meaning to wander, to roam.
