But his personality is cruel harsh and feels no guilt if he steals or commit crimes.
He feels a bit just a bit of guilt when he captures holly so he returns her and half her ransom money.
But later on in book 3,4 he starts getting a little soft. And he gets softer and softer throughoout the series.
