There are 4 dive spots in Undella Bay (you may only go there after you beat N in the TP castle). They lead to the abyssal ruins. You have 500 steps to navigate through this 4 floor maze. Every 100 steps, you'll hear a notification. You can find super rare items that can make you filthy rich. Such as:

Relic Gold

Relic Vase

Relic Statue

Relic Crown

Every Arceus life plate:

If I remember correctly, in the ruins, you will find a bunch of items, like ghost plates, and flame plate, etc. What you do with these is, when you trade an Arceus from any other DS Pokemon game, you can't bring items, so these plates, when Arceus holds them, turns into that type!!! They are only there so you can change Arceus' type, and nut go loco over not being able to transport over items!
