First you need to beat the game. Get the friend area Overgrown Forest. Then go and recruit Scyther at sinister woods. For the next part, you need a key and the friend area boulder cave. Go to southern cavern 49 or 50F and get the metal coat. Next go to Solar Cave 10F and use your key to grab the link cable. Make Scyther the team leader with no other Pokemon in the team. Have metal coat and link cable in the toolbox and go to luminous cave(Near whiscash). Once in, select evolve, then yes, then link cable and metal coat. Hope I helped!
