Well, the spell casting between McGonagall and Snape actually occurs in Part 2, and as far as I know, the duel between the two of them is much more extensive. But there is speculation that the spell used against Snape is the same used against Nagini by Harry in the courtyard, Confringo.
Professor McGonagall turns from a cat to her, Dumbledore apparates and uses the deluminator, Ron tries to turn Scabbers yellow, and Harry's glasses are mended by Hermione. The first spell is Wingardium Leviosa which makes objects float.
Kind of. Snape uses his patronus to lure Harry to the place where he has hidden the Sword in frozen lake. Harry almost dies when he tries to get it, but Ron helps Harry out of the water. Dumbledore (the painting) has asked Snape to make it hard for Harry -- he most certainly does so. If you are talking about the scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. If not then I don't know what scene you are talking about.
Reparo I believe! she uses occulus reparo, which is pretty much part of the reparo branch - so, reparo
expelliarmis- The Spell That makes the Victim's Wand fly out of there hand
you will go to the charms class and it will teach you there
In the book, Snape uses a non-verbal spell, so we don't know which spell he used, In the movie, the spell Snape uses is "Vipera Evanasca".
It doesn't have a name. But she also uses it to scare off the Devil's Snare at the end of the first book. That's about all Rowling says about it. Actually, the name of the spell that Hermione uses to set Snape's cloak on fire is Lacarnum Inflamaray (most likely spelt wrong) and the spell she uses on the devlis snare is luminous solem (again most likely spelt wrong)

Lord Voldemort, he is a very powerful wizard who uses spells most wizards wouldn't ever attempt.

he does not use it i think he only uses the imperius curse Harry does use crucio in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows. He uses it defending Professor McGonagall when Amycus the death eater/teacher spat at her. It is in the chapter called: The Sacking Of Severus Snape. In the UK version it is pg.477 but I don't know about the US version sorry.
expelliarmis- The Spell That makes the Victim's Wand fly out of there hand
Kinda. Voldemort uses the spell, but the part of the soul that was in Harry, that dies, not Harry. Then Harry's soul is fully his.
