Probably not much as the book was initially released only in paperback form. It wouldn't have been published in hardcover for quite a while - but which point there would already be several printings of the paperback.
However, if it is in good condition or is signed then to the right person it could be worth some money.

However, it won't be worth as much as a first edition of 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' because even though they are the same book with different titles, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is the original and international title.
Besides, it was published over a year later in the US under the title 'Sorcerer's Stone' so 'Philosopher's Stone' would be worth more.
