Who would win in a fight between Nightcrawler and Captain America?
It would be a tight battle. Nightcrawler's agility and teleportation power would help him beat down Captain America with his punch-and-teleport rapid fire move, though after so much exertion with all the teleporting it would come down to wits and strength. Depending on the battle, either side could win. Nightcrawler is notorious for using his acrobatic skills and sharp wit to get him out of sticky situations, though Captain America is just as witty and acrobatically inclined, with super human strength and training as a soldier to boot. Luck and placement is a big factor. If it were in a busy street with lots of possible places to jump and set booby traps Nightcrawler would have an advantage, our little blue elf friend too cunning to fall for any traps Captain America would set up if he weren't so valiant. In a Colosseum with no places to hide and little chances for trickery and acrobatics Captain America would most likely win with his brute strength, though I believe that the whole speed punching mentioned at the beginning of the answer would still play a major part. It has been seen before in comics being used to take out an armed man before he knew what hit him.
