Harry is an Auror and is married to Ginny, who for a few years was a chaser for the Holyhead Harpies but by the time of the epilouge she had retired from playing quidditch and had become the correspondent for the Daily Prophet. They have three children, Lily Luna, James Sirius and Albus Severus.
After Fred died, George continued with their joke shop , Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, with Ron's help. George married Angelina Johnson and has two children, Roxanne and Fred.
By the time of the epilouge however, Ron had quit the joke shop and become an Auror alongside Harry. Ron married Hermione, who started work for the Ministry of Magic. She began by getting a job in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, where she was instrumental in greatly improving the lives of house elves. After this she moves higher up into the Department of Magical Law Enforcment where she ensures the eradication of Pro Pure-Blood laws. Ron and Hermione have two children together, Rose and Hugo.
Neville becomes Herbology Teacher at Hogwarts and Head of Gryffindor, and marries Hannah Abbott, who is the new landlady of the Leaky Cauldron. The two live over the pub.
Luna becomes what J.K. Rowling describes as the wizarding equivalent of a naturalist and accepts that some of her father's beliefs were not, after all, so true. She marries fellow naturalist, Rolf Scamander, the grandson of the author of 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'. They have twin sons, Lorcan and Lysander.
It has not been said what Draco's job is, or if he even has one. He married and Astoria Greengrass and had a son, Scorpius.

Yes, he does turn nineteen. The main story of Deathly Hallows ends on 2 May 1998, nearly three months before Harry's eighteenth birthday. However, in the epilogue he is 37, so he must have been 18 at some stage.
Harry and Ginny's wedding happens off-page between the last chapter and the epilogue, so there's no way to know.
The last book of the series is book 7 - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Harry Potter and Ginny; and Ron and Hermione; appear as married in the epilogue. The marriage ceremony itself is not explicitly mentioned. I assume the movie will be similar; that would be Harry Potter and the Deathy Hallows - Part 2.
