She took an overdose of barbiturates, which resulted in her untimely death. R.I.P. and may she walk the yellow brick road to heaven.
Judy Garland passed away on June 22, 1969 in London from an accidental overdose of sleeping pills. Having been addicted to pills since her MGM days way back in the late 30's, he body built up a tolerance, and over time, required more and more pills to do the job that at one time just 2 pills would do. She was trying to sleep and could not, so woke up in the middle of the night to take a few more. Her little body just could not take anymore, and gave out. She was found in the bathroom by her then 5th husband, Mickey Deans.
accidentally, she had a drug habit. everybody in her family knew about it and the Kids (!!) were instructed into special procedures to take- calling certain numbers ( normally not the cops!) if Mommy passed out or was acting strange, a horrifying task for a child to attend to such a mature responsibility- tending to irresponsible parents" bad habits. It is in the book by Lorna Luft. ( one of Judy"s two daughters)
Judy died in London on June 22, 1969, from an accidental overdose of a prescription sleeping pill. When Marilyn Monroe died of an alleged overdose, Judy commented that it's easy to take some pills, then wake up anyway, take another, and soon to lose count. Finally, when it's too late, you've taken enough to kill you.
No she did not commit suicide intentionally. She over dosed on pills accidentally and died - This is debatable. She had been on pills basically since before she was 13, had five failed marriages, and 99% of her life revolved around her career-which was struggling or next to nonexistent. She was no longer a young star, and struggled mentally and emotionally, as well as with addictions. Due to her long term substance abuse, she had cirrhosis of the liver. That is all very true, but it is also possible that her tolerance to them was up to the point where she would have to keep taking more to finally get the effects. It's possible when she took the pills it was in response to a previous dose not working and finally it was to much and her body couldn't take it anymore. Plus, her main type of suicide was by cutting herself, she seemed to prefer that than trying to overdose. Just throwing that in there as a side note.
In the inustey it's called a sneezeguard. It is meant to protect the deceased from viewers who might try to take something as a "keepsake." I believe it became popular around the time that saint were canonized before their deaths; it was believed that parts of their bodies held holy powers.
8 at a time
half of her life
Yes, they were a factor in her death. She was on diet pills when working as an actress for MGM.

Many people take all kinds of drugs. What is the question? 'The man who take any kind of drug' is not even a sentence.
I think you're referring to The Wizard of Oz. I believe Judy Garland wore wigs to create an accurate depiction of the character Dorothy. They probably changed length of the wigs halfway through the making of the film and that would be why her hair mysteriously changes length all the time.
It depends what kind of drug u take if it is not a hard drug u wont
The best way to pass a drug test is not to take the drug they are testing for.
if you do not take drug test can you be fired
Any type of drug van kill you, if you take an overdose. Just don't do it, ok?
