What legendaries can you catch in black?

Zekrom: After beating the game your rival will say that her little sister heard a Zororak calling your name. Return to victory road and a Zororak will lead you to N's Castle. N will then challenge you to a pokemon battle. He has a level 70 Zekrom only. After you beat him he will give you the Black Orb. Take it to the top of Dragonspiral Tower (which is in Iccarus City) and Zekrom will come out of the Black Orb. You can then fight him at level 70.

Kyurem: After you have caught Zekrom return to the place where you fought Black Kyurem and Ghetis at the back of the Giant Chasm and Kyurem will be waiting for you there. You can fight him at level 70. After you catch him he will leave behind the DNA Splicers which you can use to fuse Zekrom and Kyurem into Black Kyurem.

Cresselia: After you have beaten the game you must get the Lunar Wing from the Strange House which is east of Lentimas Town. It is located at the back of the Strange House where a ghost girl will give to you. Then take the Lunar Wing to Marvelous Bridge which is east of Nimbasa City and Cresselia will come out and you can fight her at level 68.

Regirock: After you have beaten the game you must goto the north of Driftveil City and before you beat the game a man will be blocking it saying that construction is going on in Twist Mountain. Now you can go into it and go in Clay Tunnel. At the end of Clay Tunnel you'll find a pokeball symbol at the top with brown in the middle. Now from the centre of the pokeball symbol walk 6 steps south and nine steps east and press A. It will say you are standing on an old switch and would you like to press it. Press it and it will trigger something beyond that point. Go forward into the next room and you'll see 3 shrines. Ignore them and proceed to the top of the room. At the top will be a Regirock and you can fight him at level 65.

Registeel: After you have beaten or caught Regirock you will be awarded with the Iron Key. Goto the title screen and scroll down to Unova Link. Go onto Key System and then goto Key System Settings. Then go onto Mystery Door and select Iron Chamber. Then go onto the game and re enter the room where you fought Regirock. Instead you will find a Registeel. You can fight it at level 65.

Regigigas: After you've caught all 3 of the Regis (Regice can only be fought in Pokemon White 2 as you'll get the Iceberg Key after defeating the Regirock, you can get the Iceberg Key by exchanging keys with someone with White 2 or simply trading with someone with a Regice) then take the Regis down to the basement of Twist Mountain in the cave just past the one where you can evolve Eevee into Glaceon. Then you'll see a Regigigas Statue. Click on it and the Regigigas will come to life and you will be able to fight it at level 68.

Heatran: After you've beaten the game goto Route 18 at the left of Nuvema Town. On a cliff will be the Magma Stone which you then take to Reversal Mountain and go back to the chamber where Bianca had said 'This is Heatran's Chamber' and with the Magma Stone Heatran will come out and fight you at level 68.

Azelf: After you've beaten the game goto Floccesy Town and surf down until you find a small cave on a little island. Go into it and you'll encounter Professor Juniper there. She'll say that the deepest part of this cave leads to the Sinnoh Region. Then Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie will suddenly come out and fly out of the cave. Now to get Azelf fly to Victory Road and run down to Route 23. Go west and you'll see a tree that can be cut down. Use cut and then run west and go onto a little ledge. Then it will say you can feel a mysterious presence. After that Azelf will come out and you can fight him at level 65.

Mesprit: After Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie fly out of the Cave of Being goto the top of Celestial Tower. Go on the spot just before the gong and Mesprit will appear and you can fight him at level 65.

Uxie: After Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie fly out of the Cave of Being goto Nacrene City and stand just in front of the museum and Uxie will fly to you and you can fight him at level 65.

Latios: After you've beaten the game goto the dream yard which is just east of Striaton City. As soon as you enter the dream yard Latios will fly out to you and growl at you. It will then fly off. Follow it's direction over and over again until you get to the top of the staircase where there is nowhere else to walk. It will then run into you and fight you at level 68.

These are just all the Pokemon that can be caught in game. This does not include Pokemon being caught in the Dream Radar or via Wifi Events.
