The legendary Pokemon Cobalion is found in the deepest part of the cave called Guidance Chamber. By the ways hes lvl. 42 and hes type steel and fighting and his ability is justified and once you find him and battle him you can now find Terrakion and Virizion. Terrikion is found in the Victory Roads Trial Chamber and Virizion is found in the Pinwheel Forests Rumination Field and Terrikion is type rock and fighting and Virizion is type grass and fighting and they are both also lvl. 42.
