It's easy just follow these steps

You need surf,strength and flash for this.

1. Cobalion - Go to Mistralton Cave go to the guidence chamber talk to this guy at the front continue and you find cabalion the best pokeball to catch it is premier ball or dusk ball. use a dusk ball for your best chance.

2.Terrakion - Go to the elite four and down to victory road just near the exit/entrance terrakion is there the best pokeball is also dusk and premier balls

3.Virizion - go to pinwheel forest you will find virzion in the rumination field but she is hard to find use a YouTube wakthrough for virizion the best pokeballs fro virizion are premier ultra luxury balls

You can find Cobalion in a cave on the way to the Chargestone cave,. You need surf and flash and the cave is near where all the deerling are. There's an old man right before Chargestone cave looking at the water outside of a healing house. He can recite what you must do and if you need a tutorial you can always use Youtube.

You can catch cobalion in a cave I think across a river from an old man who will tell you a legend about cobalion.

you find it in the same place as before. to catch it i would recommend using a duskball and using a pokemon with the ability flame body to weaken him.
